The Scott Fisher Enterprises Fund, a fund of the Southwest Florida Community Foundation graciously presented Senior Paws Sanctuary with a donation in December 2016. The foundation helps organizations and charities in the community with donations that give back to their community.
The check was presented to the founders of Senior Paws Sanctuary Inc., Debbie and John Goldsberry on December 19, 2016 by Gloria Cuiffi, who met the volunteers at a fundraiser weeks before and saw the hard work and dedication by the volunteers for the Sanctuary.
We would like to thank Kimberly Haskins from the foundation, who recommended Senior Paws Sanctuary as a recipient from the Scott Fisher Fund. We will continue on in our efforts to rescue senior dogs in Lee County and use the donation to support the continuing needs of the Sanctuary.
