In Jan, 2020 Cee Cee arrived at SPS. she was older, scared, fearful and had sight issues. Cee Cee struggled with finding her comfort zone. 90% of the time she was great , but a sudden noise or move would throw her into survival mode and she would become so scared your heart would break. Not only did she deal with her emotions daily she could not see well, she needed a dental and to be spayed. This meant she would have to go to the vet, be away from what little security she knew , be sedated, have surgery and needed time to heal. Slowly we managed to get these things done, she healed and was as ready as we felt she would ever be to go looking for her forever home. What a miracle it was when we got a call from a lady who wanted to adopt a dog who was “NEEDY “. With a lot of conversations back and forth the day came for Debra to meet Cee Cee. We are very happy to say Cee Cee was adopted, was accepted for who she was , plans were made to help her adjust and we get frequent updates on her progress. Just proves THERE IS A HOME FOR EVERY DOG , WE JUST NEED TO FIND THAT HOME !!
